Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and reliable Overnight Crew Member to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the final face our customers see, ensuring a smooth closing process while providing exceptional service during busy weekend hours. Duties
- Assist customers with their orders, upselling menu items and promoting specials to maximize sales and enhance guest experience
- Prepare food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions, cash handling, and sales recording
- Close out register transactions securely, balancing cash drawers and preparing reports at the end of each shift
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols
- Support team members with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies to ensure a smooth closing process
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and engage positively with guests
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience working in a café or retail setting involving cashiering, serving, or food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail

Incentive:
- $1000 for 6 months of employment & $2000 for 12 months employment.
Incentive Requirements:
- Has to work the required closer/weekend hours
Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
