Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Residential Cleaners to join our growing team as independent contractors. You’ll be responsible for performing cleaning services for residential properties, Airbnb units, and small offices, based on your availability and schedule.
You’ll have the freedom of being your own boss—choose when and how often you work while we handle the marketing, scheduling, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform standard and deep cleaning of residential homes, apartments, and short-term rentals.
- Follow detailed checklists to ensure all client expectations are met.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with our office through phone/text.
- Provide your own cleaning supplies and reliable transportation.
- Arrive on time and complete all assigned jobs with care and thoroughness.
Requirements
- Must have: Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Must have: Cell phone with ability to text/call and access schedule.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check.
- Prior residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred (but not required).
- Must bring your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment.
