You'll be the first point of contact for customers, introducing them to cutting-edge wireless products and services.
In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, providing them with essential information about our clients’ products and services. Your goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience, assisting them in making informed decisions. Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative:
- Actively engage with customers and educate customers on AT&T's wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
- AT&T Customer Representatives proactively sell a range of products and services to meet individual customer needs.
- Help customers with account setup and product demonstrations.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive brand experience.
- AT&T Customer Representatives achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all AT&T product knowledge and promotions.
- Collaborate with your team to foster a positive and energetic sales culture.
Qualifications & Skills to Become an AT&T Customer Representative:
- No prior sales experience is required, but a strong desire to learn is a must.
