- Collect goal-progress data/record/date data in data book
- Plan individual and group instruction based on student need
- Prepare and distribute quarterly progress reports
- Ensure IEP parameters are followed/enforced with fidelity
- Write IEPs, attend and lead IEP meetings as needed
- Create and adjust weekly instructional plans
- Administer assessments including EasyCBM, iReady, SC-READY
- Provide push-in services to resource students as needed
- Provide pull-out services to resource students as needed
- Communicate with gen-ed teachers as needed
- Ensure accommodations are being given in the gen-ed setting
- Assist with arrival and dismissal of students
- Assist with toileting/changing students as needed
- Prepare and communicate resource daily schedule
- Prepare student-communication boards and devices as needed
- Prepare materials for student work and activities for the day
- Collect folders and student work as needed
- Ensure students gather any needed materials prior to going to classes
- Minimize distractions and disruptions during instruction
- Maintain an organized classroom and teaching materials
- Escort students to/from gen-ed settings
- Assist and monitor students while they work independently
- Provide individual instruction for ELA, reading, writing, math
- Provide small-group Instruction ELA, reading, writing, math
- Assist students during whole-group instruction
- Supervise students
- Lead student evacuation for safety in the event of restraint or student aggression
- Assist with evacuation of students from building or area in emergencies
- Provide coverage for lunch and restroom breaks for partner teacher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,040.75 - $71,900.41 per year
