JEMMCO Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialists (Financial Manager) to join our team in St. Inigoes, MD providing support to Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF). This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of the Division, budget, and financial support SOW paragraphs. Lead and guide the work of all financial staff, serve as a point of contact for this functional area for designated leaders within the Division. Interact collaboratively with other functional area leads to provide Division perspectives. Perform more complex evaluative work requiring a comprehensive knowledge of financial practices and legal principles. Support financial tracking, budget formulation, execution, and overall financial support.
Required Experience:
10 years of experience is required, with a minimum of 5 years functioning in a supervisory role. At least three of the last five years of experience must be with N-ERP to include evaluating, controlling, planning, organizing, budgeting, administering, or managing a project or activity.
Education:
Bachelors or Masters' degree in an Engineering, Technical, or Business discipline. Additional work experience may be substituted for a degree.
Clearance Requirements:
Must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
