The Tallest Trees is seeking three full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support a school district in the Huntsville, Texas area for the 2026-2027 school year.

Position Overview
We are hiring three full-time SLPAs to provide speech-language therapy services. Campus assignments will be determined prior to the start of the school year. You'll work under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists while making a meaningful impact on students' communication skills.
Schedule
- Full-time
- School hours: 7:45 AM - 3:30 PM
- Six-campus district
- Campus placement to be determined
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor
W-2 Employee
Compensation is based on experience and employment status.
Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP
- Document therapy sessions and student progress
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and campus staff
- Maintain accurate service documentation and comply with district and state requirements
Qualifications
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
- Minimum of one year of pediatric experience required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
