As a Client Associate within our financial services practice, you play a critical role in supporting financial advisors and helping ensure clients receive excellent service. This role serves as the backbone of the practice, bridging the gap between the financial advisor and their clients by managing administrative tasks, client communications, and operational processes. The team will depend on you to help maintain client relationships by addressing service-related inquiries, processing account transactions, and assisting with meeting preparation.

Leveraging the resources of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, the practice provides comprehensive solutions including wealth planning, retirement strategies, estate planning strategies, and insurance services, all designed to align with clients' unique life aspirations and financial objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients by assisting them and answering account questions.
- Embrace a client-first approach, ensuring compliance, resolving complex issues, and implementing technology solutions, all while maintaining meticulous account records.
- Assisting Financial Advisors (“FAs”) with the collection, creation and distribution of investment information.
- Scheduling meetings, creating reminders, gathering and inputting data.
- Onboarding new clients, including the collection of required documentation and client information and regularly communicating with those clients throughout the process.
- Ensuring that key client information and documentation are up-to-date.
- Answering incoming calls.
- Facilitate operational tasks with accuracy and timeliness including but not limited to; account onboarding and maintenance, money and security movements, beneficiary updates, processing RMDs, complete trades.
- Responding to client and/or administrative issues and demands via phone or written correspondence as appropriate, researching answers as needed.
- Engaging in industry training and education programs to maintain current status on policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration in a related field or equivalent experience is desired.
- Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses preferred
- Team player, eager to collaborate with others.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; process orientated.
- Strong written and verbal communication and grammatical skills.
- Ability to navigate client concerns, report complaints as appropriate to FA(s) and compliance officer.
- Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize individual workload responsibilities.
- Ability to work with strict confidentiality requirements, as well as utilize good judgment in the preparation and distribution of confidential information.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
