What You'll Do
- Complete assigned cleaning jobs (residential and commercial) to our standard operating procedure
- Check in and out of each job through our scheduling app
- Take before-and-after photo documentation for every job
- Follow service checklists for maintenance cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction cleaning
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site; escalate any issues directly to Lumino
- Offer optional add-on services to clients when appropriate
Compensation
- Flat rate per job based on service tier and home size — most jobs pay $100–$200+, with move-outs and deep cleans paying more
- Earn a percentage of any add-on services sold or booked
- Keep 100% of all client tips
- Reliable, consistent payment after job completion
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the service area
- Residential and/or commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to follow a structured checklist and process consistently
- Must pass a background check
- Available for at least a few cleanings per week
- Own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, all-purpose cleaners, microfiber cloths, etc.)
