Flow Pilates is looking for passionate and reliable Pilates instructors to join our growing team in Los Angeles. We are a contemporary Reformer Pilates studio focused on delivering high-quality classes, exceptional client experiences, and a supportive community.

Duties
- Lead safe, engaging, and effective group Reformer Pilates classes.
- Provide clear verbal cueing, hands-on corrections (when appropriate), and exercise modifications.
- Create an encouraging, inclusive, and motivating environment for clients of all levels.
- Ensure proper equipment setup, maintenance, and studio cleanliness before and after classes.
- Prioritize client safety while maintaining class flow and energy.
- Build relationships with members and contribute to a positive studio community.
Experience
- Comprehensive Pilates certification
- Experience teaching Reformer Pilates group classes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy, movement mechanics, and exercise modifications
- 1+ year of teaching experience
Selected applicants will be invited to complete an in-studio teaching audition.

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
