Envision Homes is a growing custom home builder based in Cabot, Arkansas. We specialize in helping clients design and build high-quality custom homes with a focus on communication, organization, craftsmanship, and a strong client experience from pre-construction through completion.
As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Client & Selections Coordinator to join our team. This position will play a key role in helping guide clients through the custom home building journey, especially during the pre-construction and selections process.
This is an important role for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping details organized, using computer systems, and helping create a smooth and professional experience for clients.
Position Summary
The Client & Selections Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for clients during pre-construction, selections, and project coordination. This person will help schedule and attend client meetings, guide clients through selections and allowance budgets, enter selection information into Buildertrend, coordinate with vendors, and help keep communication organized between clients, vendors, and the Envision Homes team.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, strong with communication, comfortable with computers and software programs, and able to manage multiple details at one time.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and attend client meetings during the pre-construction and selections process.
Assist clients through the pre-construction process and help prepare them for the building phase.
Guide clients through selections, finishes, and allowance budgets.
Input client selections into Buildertrend and help obtain client approvals.
Communicate with vendors regarding selection options, pricing, availability, and scheduling.
Help coordinate selection-related items with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Track details, maintain organized records, and follow up on outstanding items.
Help ensure clients understand timelines, deadlines, and next steps during the selections process.
Assist with documenting client decisions, approvals, and selection changes.
Help reduce delays by keeping selections, approvals, and communication organized.
Provide professional and timely communication with clients.
Work closely with the owner, operations team, office staff, vendors, and trade partners.
Help create a smooth, organized, and professional client experience.
Qualifications
Strong computer, software, and online system skills are required.
Must be comfortable learning and using Buildertrend or similar construction/project management software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Professional attitude and positive team mindset.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Ability to stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-moving environment.
Experience in residential construction, interior selections, design coordination, project coordination, customer service, or administrative coordination is preferred.
Knowledge of home finishes, construction selections, allowances, or new construction is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation
Starting salary range: $45,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
Bonus opportunity: Up to $10,000 in performance-based incentives.
Bonus incentives may be based on performance, client experience, organization, selections completed on time, Buildertrend documentation, and overall contribution to company systems and project flow.

In-office position based in Cabot, Arkansas, with some client meetings, vendor coordination, and project-related appointments as needed.
