Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and high integrity Full Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the assigned areas, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all. This is a full time role with opportunity to grow as the business grows.
Semi-flexible schedule with around 40 hours per week.
This full time role is for 6 days a week: Monday = 8a-3pm, Tuesday = 7a-3p, Wednesday = 9a-3pm, Thursday = 7a-3p, Friday = 9a - 3pm, Saturday = 9a-1pm
This totals to be about 40 hours a week. This role is in Bentonville, just West of the I49 highway at several different buildings that are very close in proximity. There is also 1 location in Bella Vista that needs to be serviced 3x/week.
Duties
- Perform standard cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, disinfecting, and vacuuming
- Handle trash removal and disposal
- Clean and sanitize restrooms
- Perform minor maintenance activities related to cleaning such as spot window cleaning
-Must be able to work alone or in a team scenario given expansion
Requirements
- Must have own transportation and driver license
- High integrity with a strong focus on customer service
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and products preferred
- Capability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
