We are expanding our team of skilled craftsmen to help homeowners across Detroit, Bloomfield, Farmington, Birmingham, and the surrounding townships. This full-time role is designed for an experienced handyperson who loves hands-on work and takes pride in a job well done, but wants to leave the hassles of bidding, scheduling, billing, and marketing behind. Here, you get to focus on your craft while we handle the logistics, providing you with a steady stream of varied, engaging projects and a respectful, supportive team environment.
On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to residential and light commercial jobs in a company-provided service area. You will evaluate repair and improvement needs, discuss solutions with customers, and complete the work safely and efficiently. Projects vary daily, ranging from carpentry and drywall repair to light plumbing, electrical, tiling, and general home maintenance.
Over time, success in this role means becoming a trusted face in the community. You will build a reputation for reliability, clean work, and excellent problem-solving, helping our local branch maintain high customer satisfaction ratings while enjoying stable, year-round work.
We believe in rewarding skill and reliability transparently. Your earning potential with us includes:
- Hourly Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
