Syl Salon is a growing beauty destination known for quality service and a friendly, professional environment. We're looking for a skilled Eyelash Extension Technician to join our team and help clients achieve beautiful, long-lasting lashes with exceptional care and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Apply classic, hybrid, and volume eyelash extensions with precision
- Perform lash fills, removals, lash lifts, and tints (if applicable)
- Consult with clients to recommend the best lash style based on their eye shape and preferences
- Educate clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation
- Stay updated with the latest lash trends, techniques, and products
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat appointments
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional lash extension experience
- Certified/licensed Eyelash Extension Technician (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of lash application, safety, and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
