OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The ideal candidate is driven, organized, and comfortable spending time in the field prospecting, networking, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and sales presentations.
- Follow up on leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
- Conduct customer visits and job site inspections as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Participate in sales training, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or business development experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable meeting new people and asking for business.
- Valid Washington State driver's license and clean driving record.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
