Overview
We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role blends customer support with high-volume inside sales, focused on selling quality used automotive parts from recycled vehicles.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, competitive, and driven to close deals while delivering a strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell used automotive parts to retail and wholesale customers
- Provide accurate and timely price quotes across multiple channels (phone, website, online marketplaces, walk-in)
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and add-on recommendations
- Generate new business and pursue additional revenue opportunities
- Follow up on quotes, past customers, and cold leads to close sales
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient order processing
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Ability to manage high call volume and maintain performance under pressure
- Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with computers and sales systems (CRM or similar)
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Clear and professional communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Automotive or auto parts sales experience
- Experience in a dealership, salvage yard, or service advisor role
- Familiarity with automotive parts lookup systems (optional but strong plus)
