1. Senior Architect / 2. Job Captain
Candidate qualifications are as follows:
- Sr. Architect-Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture and interior architecture
- Job Captain-Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and interior architecture
- Work in teams with studio environment with minimal supervision
- Quality high end custom estates and commercial experience
- Take project from concept to construction documentation to construction administration
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Free hand sketching and AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Photoshop, Sketchup A+
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong design sense and detailing
- Construction Administration-Review shop drawings and submittals and RFI's
- Coordination with all consultants and city agencies
- Ability to work with in tight schedule, identify problems, formulate solutions, result oriented
- Strong verbal & written skills: memos, meeting minutes, correspondence
- Ability to complete a full set of contract documents from Schematic Phase to CD Phase
