Location: Brooklyn Center, MN
Wage: $26.00 – $28.00/hr. | Up to $34.00/hr. for advanced skills
Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday
- Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Friday – Sunday (Includes a $3.00/hr. shift differential)

Duties of the stamping press setup operator:
- Set up and operate presses for forming and bending using blueprints
- Set cushions, ramp height, and troubleshoot dies
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
- Perform daily safety checks and document production metrics
Requirements of the stamping press setup operator:
- 3 years of stamping press setup and quality monitoring experience
- High school diploma or equivalent with basic shop math skills
- Training in quality control like Lean or Six Sigma
- Steel-toed boots required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
