Qualification:
- High School or equivalent
- IICRC-WRT Certification
- IICRC-ASD Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Pass Background Test
Job Duties Include:
- Remove damaged building materials, furniture, flooring
- Use water drying equipment like air movers, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, extractors
- Perform cleaning duties(i.e., fire/ smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, construction cleaning, etc.)
- Helps stage jobs by setting up equipment and tools
- Represent R&L Global Inc professionally while interacting with customers
- Use phone/tablet to document drying process
Job Schedule / Location:
- Candidate should be available to occasionally work weekends/after hours.
- Most work is in Houston, however candidate must be willing to occasionally travel across the Gulf Coast.
