What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Teacher, you will partner with lead educators to create a safe, joyful, and engaging play-based learning environment. You will help guide daily routines, support hands-on learning activities, and build meaningful, positive connections with children from infancy through age 12.
What We’re Looking For
- Assistant Teachers: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
- High School Co-Op Students(Min. Age 16): Enthusiastic high school students looking for valuable early childhood education experience are encouraged to apply!
- Background Check: All candidates must successfully pass a background and fingerprint check prior to employment.
- Heart & Passion: A genuine love for working with children, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit.
