- Licensed Registered Nurse in the State.
- Three to five years of experience in health care/home care is preferred.
- Two years of experience in a supervisory position is preferred.
- Knowledge and ability to apply community health principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Agency policies and procedures.
- Able to mentor and direct a team of healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work with individuals.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Ability to deal effectively with high levels of stress.
