Palm Beach Safety Swimming is thoughtfully expanding and seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor who genuinely loves working with children and takes pride in delivering exceptional, safety-first instruction.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values meaningful work, a calm and professional environment, and the ability to truly focus on each swimmer’s growth. All lessons are held in one private, beautifully maintained East Boca location, in a warm, saltwater, temperature-controlled pool—creating a consistent and elevated teaching experience for both instructors and families. No traveling required.
About the Role
As an instructor, you will play an important role in shaping confident, capable swimmers. Our program goes beyond basic swim skills—we focus on building trust, strong technique, and real-life water safety in a structured, supportive setting. Each lesson follows a thoughtful routine, allowing instructors to teach with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
