We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Entry Level Client Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products or services that best suit them. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.
What you’ll do as an Entry Level Client Associate
- Interact with customers face to face in friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet goals
Requirements for the Entry Level Client Associate position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience will be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive and energetic approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a strong work ethic
