Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Assignment Length: Initial 13-week contract, with strong potential for extension or permanent placement
Location: Hamtramck, MI
Shift: M-F, roughly 8 to 5, no weekends
Pay Rate: $54/hour
Job Summary:
The BCBA provides clinical oversight of ABA therapy programs for individuals with autism, ensuring effective treatment and measurable progress.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create ABA treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs/Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions
- Train parents and caregivers
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required; 5+ years preferred
- Experience with EPIC EMR system preferred
- Prior experience working within a large hospital system preferred
