Video Content Creator & Social Media Strategist
We are seeking a highly creative and technical Video Content Creator to lead the visual storytelling for our dental practices. This is not just a "videographer" role; we are looking for a digital strategist who understands how to use video to transform clinical procedures into emotional journeys of restored confidence.
The ideal candidate can manage the entire production pipeline—from scripting and directing "on-camera talent" to high-end editing—while tailoring content to the specific nuances of every social platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Storytelling & Directing: Identify compelling patient stories and clinical transformations. You will be responsible for guiding staff and patients through the filming process, making them feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.
- End-to-End Production: Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content ranging from 15-second "hooks" to longer-form educational pieces and patient testimonials.
- Platform Optimization: Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and Facebook. You must understand how the "language" of a video (pacing, text overlays, and tone) changes depending on the platform.
- Hook & Retention Strategy: Implement "hook" strategies to capture attention in the first 3 seconds and utilize storytelling techniques to maintain high retention rates.
- Brand Humanization: Capture the "behind-the-scenes" culture of our offices to build trust and relatability with potential patients.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics to understand what resonates with our audience and iterate on the content strategy accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in filming (lighting, framing, audio) and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- Directorial Skills: Proven ability to coach and guide "non-actors" to deliver authentic, engaging performances on camera.
- Strategic Marketing Mindset: Deep understanding of social media algorithms and the specific "content DNA" required for different channels.
- Visual Storytelling: A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to take a technical process (like a dental procedure) and turn it into a narrative about a "smile makeover" and improved self-esteem.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to write captions, scripts, and headlines that align with the specific voice of each social platform.
- Independence & Reliability: Ability to manage multiple projects across different office locations while maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical, dental, or high-end aesthetic marketing.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and maintaining patient privacy in marketing materials.
- Experience with motion graphics or 3D animations to explain complex procedures.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
