ala is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the dishwashing station safely and efficiently.
- Scrape, wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift.
- Ensure clean dishes and equipment are always available for service.
- Clean pots, pans, bowls, Cambros, cutting boards, and other equipment.
- Follow all sanitation, food-safety, and chemical safety procedures.
- Remove trash and cardboard and keep floors clean and dry.
- Assist the kitchen team when needed.
- Complete opening and closing duties.
