Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This position is ideal for a BCBA who values flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to begin with a small caseload that can grow alongside the practice.
The BCBA will provide direct clinical services, conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide caregiver training, and supervise BTs/RBTs as assigned. Services are primarily provided in client homes and community settings, with flexibility to complete appropriate administrative responsibilities remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and contribute to the development of individualized treatment recommendations and plans.
- Develop, implement, monitor, and update individualized ABA treatment programs.
- Provide direct BCBA-level services and caregiver training as clinically appropriate.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and clinical guidance to assigned BTs/RBTs.
- Review client data and make data-driven treatment modifications.
- Collaborate with families and other members of the client's care team when appropriate.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional, ethical, organizational, and payer requirements.
- Participate in clinical collaboration and case consultation with Little Home ABA's Clinical Director.
- Travel to client homes and community-based service locations within the assigned service area.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to meet applicable Rhode Island requirements for providing BCBA services.
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Experience providing clinical supervision to BTs/RBTs.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client service locations.
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, family-centered ABA services.
Schedule & Caseload
- Part-time W-2 position.
- Approximately 5–20 hours per week, based on client need and caseload availability.
- Initial caseload is expected to be small, with opportunity for gradual growth as Little Home ABA expands.
- Flexible scheduling based on client needs and clinician availability.
- In-person services are provided in home and community settings; eligible administrative responsibilities may be completed remotely.
Compensation & Benefits
- $55–$60/hour for billable clinical services, based on experience.
- $25/hour for approved non-billable administrative work.
- Mileage reimbursement for approved travel between service locations.
- Paid sick time in accordance with applicable requirements.
