We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Digital Marketing & Content Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, telling stories, growing brands, and making a measurable impact on business results.
If you're constantly coming up with content ideas, enjoy being behind the camera (and occasionally in front of it), and understand how social media can drive customers and attract great employees, we'd love to meet you.
Create engaging content that showcases:
- Fresh pizza and menu items
- Team members and company culture
- Behind-the-scenes operations
- Customer experiences
- Community involvement
- New store openings
- Promotions and limited-time offers
- Catering services
- Employee recognition
Produce content for:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- LinkedIn
- Develop and execute monthly marketing campaigns
- Create content calendars
- Schedule and publish daily content
- Monitor comments and messages
- Grow followers and engagement
- Analyze campaign performance
- Stay current with social media trends
- Recommend new marketing ideas
Work closely with restaurant leadership to support:
- Sales growth
- Local Store Marketing (LSM)
- Hiring campaigns
- Grand openings
- Fundraising events
- School partnerships
- Community sponsorships
- Catering sales
You'll spend much of your time visiting restaurants creating content, including:
- Professional food photography
- Short-form videos
- Employee interviews
- Customer testimonials
- Event coverage
- Drone footage (if experienced)
Edit content using tools such as:
- CapCut
- Canva
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Express
- Photoshop (preferred)
Assist with:
- Updating company websites
- Maintaining consistent branding
- Creating digital graphics
- Email marketing campaigns
- Promotional materials
- Internal communications
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent photography and videography skills
- Video editing experience
- Strong written communication
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Restaurant or hospitality marketing experience
- Graphic design experience
- Meta Business Suite experience
- Google Business Profile management
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience with paid social advertising
- Drone certification is a plus
Within your first 90 days, you'll:
- Visit every restaurant
- Build a 90-day marketing calendar
- Publish consistent content across all platforms
- Increase engagement and follower growth
- Improve recruiting through social media
- Help generate catering leads
- Establish a recognizable brand voice across all locations
