Reporting directly to the Director, General Accounting, the Manager, General Accounting will lead a team of accounting professionals. The manager will support the Director and will be responsible for collaborating with Baptist‘s system-wide entities, guaranteeing suitable application and execution of procedures and processes required to comply with current accounting regulations. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director by managing the requirements of the external auditors and encourages prompt resolution of audit problems. Estimated salary range for this position is $108816.92 - $141462.00 / year depending on experience.

- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance.

MBA or Master of Accounting degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Knowledge and expertise in technical accounting and evaluations skills.

Knowledge on working with technical accounting matters and being skillful in offering analytica solutions to these matters.

Experience leading staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
