Kabuki Hawaii is looking for dependable, hardworking Kitchen Helpers to join our growing team. We're looking for people with a positive attitude who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly.
No restaurant experience is required—we're happy to train the right person. We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and sanitized
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors throughout the day
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Assist with basic food preparation when requested
- Restock kitchen supplies and clean workstations
- Help unload and organize deliveries
- Support cooks and kitchen staff to keep operations running efficiently
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Works well as part of a team
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized work area
