Retail Accounting Manager – Raleigh 
You are a triple threat in the accounting world: you have solid accounting skills, experience managing staff and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will need all of those skills to manage this busy department that manages the retailer collection process. Your days will move from verifying journal entries to preparing reports to assigning work to making those challenging collections calls.

We are seeking someone with strong accounting skills who has a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration to join our Finance team. Manage collection process of active and terminated retailers
Prepares aged and delinquent analysis reports and other reports as requested
Manages the weekly reconciliation of retailer accounts receivable
Creates and updates Retail Accounting policy and procedures
Supervises the preparation and posting of game accounting journals
Manages accounting staff of four
Work with NC Attorney General’s office, collection agencies, and NCEL legal department on collection issues
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
3 – 5 years in retail accounting
2-3 years management experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
Hiring Range: $54,500 - $85,000
