Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and precise entry.
- Upsell menu items and drinks to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Clear tables, bus tables, and assist with food handling and sanitation duties to maintain a clean environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery in a fine dining or nightclub setting.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; OpenTable experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations with professionalism.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy nights efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately.
