The Producer Contracting Support role is an individual contributor reporting directly to the Director of Compliance, Producer Contracting & Commissions. The Producer Contracting Support individual provides administrative and operational support for producer onboarding, appointments, and ongoing producer maintenance. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate producer data, timely processing, and effective support for Distribution and Sales partners. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
The Producer Contracting Support individual is expected to:

Support producer onboarding and application processing through BMLConnect and legacy systems

Process producer appointments and terminations accurately and timely

Monitor and maintain producer appointment status, including tracking license expirations

Coordinate and process appointment renewals

Support and contribute to the Inactive Agent Project

Monitor Commission Scale reports and assist with identifying discrepancies

Review and monitor error reports, escalating issues as appropriate

Support Distribution and Sales teams by responding to inquiries and resolving issues

Generate metric reporting, including reports, statistics, and data analysis as needed

Perform document scanning, indexing, and record maintenance

Track and reconcile invoices related to producer contracting activities

Monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses and routing
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant administrative, operational, or support experience
Knowledge Requirements:

Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize a high volume of multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to context, substance and detail while meeting goals and strict deadlines

Experience working with multiple system applications and managing both electronic and physical documentation

Eager to learn and shows initiative with a “can-do attitude”

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments
Other Information:
Hybrid Work Model
At our Canton location, employees will be on site Monday - Thursday. At our Omaha location, employees will be on site 2 days per week.
