As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while working closely with providers and clinical staff. Job Tasks
- Welcome and assist patients, creating a positive and professional experience from check-in to check-out.
- Work directly alongside providers to support patient care and treatment plans.
- Obtain and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient information
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care to ensure continuity of treatment.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients while providing compassionate care and outstanding customer service.
- Monitor provider schedules and assist in maximizing patient access to care.
- Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and confidential patient information.
Requirements
Must possess a Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate from an accredited program.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and patient-service skills. Salary to be commensurate with experience and education.
