Insight Counseling and Wellness Center is looking for one full-time SWC/LPCC and one full-time LCSW/LPC Supervisor/Therapist. The full-time provisionally licensed therapist is required to build the caseload to consistently schedule 25 clinical hours per week. Individual and group supervision will be provided, along with group consultation in IFS, EMDR, Couples Therapy, Group Therapy, a monthly Lunch & Learn, and a variety of other training and learning opportunities. The LPCC or LSW/SWC will start at $47 per clinical hour plus $20 for administrative work (documentation and case management time is paid at the admin rate).
The fully licensed therapist is required to complete a blend of 25 scheduled clinical and supervision sessions per week. Individual and group consultation will be provided, as well as a variety of other training and learning opportunities. The LPC/LCSW canddiate will start at $57-67 per clinical hour plus $20 for administrative work. Aproved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) designation will help qualify for pay at the higher end of the scale. At least 6 hours of supervision training (as required by DORA to supervise) is required for this position.
You will be a great candidate if you want tospecialize in the Internal Family Systems model and/or have been trained in EMDR, as these are the approaches the clinical leadership team predominantly uses for in-house training and supervision.
Our Director and Clinical Director are IFSI-approved IFS Clinical Consultants, and our supervisors are either in training or already at least Level 1 IFS trained. We offer free in-house IFS training, you can become profficent in this therapy model while working at Insight.
Insight provides a steady stream of referrals and supports you to build to a full-time caseload within 6-12 months. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative, and enhance our fun, connected, and positive-minded group of clinicians.
This is a hybrid position with at least 60% of appointments available for in-person services. We have three office locations in Capitol Hill, City Park West, and Belcaro neighborhoods of Denver. All therapists share office space in fully furnished offices with room to personalize your space.
