Location: Boulder Sports Clinic

Compensation:
- Massage Sessions: $50+ per 60-minute session, commensurate with experience and skill
- Administrative/Clinic Tasks: $30+/hour (optional opportunities for meetings, cleaning, marketing events, etc.)
- Additional Pay: Bonus pay and tips

Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Sports Massage Therapist to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate is capable of performing 3–6 sessions per shift, ranging from 30 to 90+ minutes in duration. Proficiency in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and sports massage is required; additional modalities are welcomed and encouraged.
While experienced candidates are preferred, we welcome new graduates who are eager to learn, dependable, personable, and capable of managing time effectively. You must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, participating in regular team meetings to review cases and enhance interdisciplinary care.
Requirements:
- Current Colorado massage therapy license
- Active professional liability insurance
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Commitment to clinical excellence, professionalism, and patient-centered care
- Ability to document sessions in accordance with clinic standards
- Willingness to contribute to a clean and professional work environment
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy
