Hotel Housekeeper

We're looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well, and consistently delivers high-quality work. Our reputation depends on every guest walking into a spotless room.
Responsibilities:
- Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to company standards.
- Make beds and replace linens.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Restock guest amenities and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items.
- Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures.
- Help ensure rooms are guest-ready before check-in times.
- Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dependable and consistently punctual.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Must treat guests, coworkers, and the property with professionalism and respect.
While we're happy to train motivated individuals, we have high expectations for attendance, communication, and work quality. We believe reliability and attitude are just as important as cleaning experience.
Employment may be contingent upon successfully passing a background check, in accordance with applicable laws.
