What You'll Do

Draft and prepare legal documents, including affidavits, pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence

Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy and litigation efforts

Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit management, witness coordination, and case organization

Maintain and organize case files, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and easily accessible

Monitor deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements to ensure compliance

File legal documents with courts and regulatory agencies

Communicate professionally with clients, court personnel, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation and case management
What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document preparation

Excellent legal research and writing skills

Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
