We are seeking a proactive and organized HVAC Dispatcher for evening and weekend shifts to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and manage the scheduling, dispatching, and communication for HVAC service technicians and contractors, ensuring efficient operations across multiple locations. You will take calls from customers and dispatch the oncall service techs accordingly.

Duties
- Dispatch HVAC technicians and contractors promptly using vehicle dispatch software Service Fusion
- Coordinate service appointments, ensuring optimal routing through GPS and GIS tools to maximize efficiency on evening and weekend shifts.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and internal communication with professionalism and clarity.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone calls to provide updates, answer questions, and resolve issues swiftly while practicing excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a focus on clear phone call management and internal communication protocols.

- RATE OF PAY IS $20-$28 AN HOUR
Pay: $23.43 - $28.00 per hour
