An experienced Property Manager needed for rental community in Meadville, PA. An experienced Manager from the hospitality industry, food and beverage field or retail store management is a good fit. Hourly pay plus quarterly bonus potential and travel allowance.
Responsibilities:
Community operations, including generating revenue and controlling cost
Developing support people
Monitoring vendors
Customer conflict negotiations
Critiquing community assets
Employing marketing strategies
This property manager is responsible for all aspects of a leading the apartment community to success and a big part of the job is effective delegation to support team.
Requirements:
3-5+ years in management
Strong operational skills with proven success
Previous results in hitting sales targets and expense budgets
Good motivator, communicator, interpersonal skills, customer service savvy
Must be physically able to walk and climb steps to inspect the interior and exterior of apartments
Better than basic computer skills
Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
Comfortable in a smoke free office environment
