Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartenderto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, enhancing their experience within our upscale resort environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Manage cash register operations accurately and efficiently during service.
- Assist in creating innovative drink specials to enhance the menu offerings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all safety regulations.
- Participate in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and handling payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service is essential.
- Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is preferred but not required.
