Title Processor | End-to-End Closings
Compensation - $65,000 - $95,000 + bonus
Location: On Site | Timonium, MD
This is a direct-hire position with MidAtlantic Title—not a contract, temporary, or consulting assignment. Qualified candidates selected through our process will be considered for direct employment with MidAtlantic Title.
MidAtlantic Title is growing and looking for an experienced Title Processor. In this role, you’ll own your files - end to end, solve real problems, and play a critical role in successful closings.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of beginning to end title processing experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate transactions & title insurance
- Experience with Qualia or similar platforms
- Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional communication with clients and partners
- A team-oriented mindset with a high sense of ownership
