Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, and air conditioning systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, checking electrical connections, and lubricating parts
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and meet deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Relevant certifications in HVAC/R or related field preferred
- Experience in property maintenance or a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
