Schedule: Monday–Friday | Early Morning Opening Shift Position: Daycare Opener Location: Visionary Academy Prep
Responsibilities: Open the daycare and prepare the facility for the day Ensure classrooms and common areas are clean, safe, and ready Welcome children and families as they arrive Assist teachers with morning routines Follow all daycare safety and opening procedures Provide a warm, positive environment for children
Qualifications: Reliable and punctual Experience working with children preferred Must be responsible and dependable Must be able to work early mornings CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must meet Missouri childcare employment requirements

Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, demonstrating strong classroom experience and child development instruction skills.
- Background in curriculum development with knowledge of early childhood education principles, including Montessori methods and literacy education.
- Familiarity with behavior management strategies, classroom management best practices, and working with students of various developmental stages such as toddlers and preschoolers.
- Experience teaching physical education activities, math concepts, or tutoring young learners is highly desirable.
- Prior involvement in private school or daycare environments is preferred; experience with childhood welfare programs is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration; ability to follow mandated reporting laws diligently.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
