Overview:
This position is part time working 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Performs a range of duties to include but not limited to patient registration, ordering tests, specimen procurement and specimen processing. Qualifications:
Education-
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience-
No experience required Required
- 1 year Phlebotomist experience Preferred
- Experience in a hospital Preferred
Licenses and Certifications-
PHEL - Phlebotomy Trained Completion of Phlebotomy clinical training through on-the-job training or through a phlebotomy program Preferred
- CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency Preferred
