Qualified candidates will have:
- At least 2 years experience, CNA is a plus
- Current and valid drivers license
- Access to reliable transportation
- Experience using Hoyer Lift

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and ambulation to name a few & Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation to name a few
- Monitor and document patient observations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement care plans.
- Drive clients to appointments and community activities as needed, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
- Follow individualized care plans and report any significant changes in a clients conditions to the office.
- Arrive on time, maintain a professional appearance, and provide reliable attendance for scheduled shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
