Guide clients through HubSpot onboarding, set up their systems strategically, and ensure smooth project execution. Here’s what you’ll focus on:
- HubSpot Onboarding Consultation: Lead clients through the HubSpot onboarding process, guiding them step by step to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation of Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub.
- Client HubSpot Training: Host meetings to provide hands-on training, share best practices, and give setup advice so clients can confidently use HubSpot for their business goals.
- Project Management: Ensure onboarding projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations, coordinating closely with the production team for timely execution.
- Client Satisfaction: Monitor client progress and feedback throughout onboarding, proactively address concerns, and ensure deliverables meet standards—generating positive client reviews, testimonials, and overall satisfaction.

Your Professional Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and/or Service Hub, with the ability to guide clients through setup and best practices.
- 2+ years of agency experience
- Experience in client onboarding, customer success, or account management, preferably with SaaS or CRM platforms.
- Proven project management skills, with experience keeping projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Strong client-facing experience, including hosting meetings, providing training, and presenting technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Track record of driving client satisfaction, including gathering feedback, addressing concerns, and generating positive client reviews or testimonials.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.

A Day in the Life…
Your day starts with reviewing ongoing client onboarding projects, checking progress, and ensuring everything is on track and within scope. You lead client meetings to provide training, share best practices, and offer setup guidance, helping clients feel confident using HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub.
Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with the production team, making sure your recommendations are implemented smoothly, and coordinate with other internal teams to resolve any questions or challenges. You track project milestones, monitor client satisfaction, and gather feedback to ensure successful onboarding and generate positive reviews.
Your role is all about delivering exceptional client experiences, keeping projects on schedule, and helping clients get the most value from HubSpot.
