Duties
- Perform Residental HVAC Service, Maintenance, and Diagnostics.
- Identify Issues and Present Good / Better / Best Soultions
- Educate Homeowners on System Condition, Safety, and Efficiency.
- Recommend Upgrades like IAQ, System Improvements, and Protection Plans.
- Build Trust through Clear Communication and Professionalism
- Deliver a 5-Star Expierence on Every Call.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 Years Residential HVAC Experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong Diagnostic Skills (You'll Find the Problem, Not Guess at It)
- Comfortable Speaking with Homeowners & Presenting Options
- Driven, Coachable, and Motivated to Grow.
- Positive Attitude with a Team-First Mindset.
- Valid Driver’s License with a Clean Driving Record.
Pay: $30.32 - $85.34 per hour
