We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a manufacturing facility in the Culver, IN area. This onsite leadership role partners closely with plant leadership and the HR Director to drive employee relations, talent initiatives, compliance, performance management, and day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader who enjoys building relationships, coaching leaders, creating a positive workplace culture, and spending a good amount of time engaging with the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with plant leadership on strategic and day-to-day HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management efforts.
Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Drive HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
