About Us
Mt. West Family Health Center is seeking a creative, organized, and personable Marketing & Community Relations Assistant to support our marketing, social media, community outreach, and promotional efforts.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, interacting with people, coordinating events, and helping bring marketing ideas to life. You will work directly with leadership to execute marketing initiatives that promote our providers and services.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Design flyers, graphics, brochures, and promotional materials using Canva or similar software.
- Create short-form videos, reels, and other digital content.
- Assist with website updates, blogs, newsletters, and email marketing.
- Coordinate community events, health fairs, and outreach activities.
- Represent Mt. West professionally at community events.
- Assist with recruitment marketing and internal communications.
- Track marketing projects and maintain an organized content calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, public Relations, digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with patients and the community.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and follow direction.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Meta Ads Manager

- CapCut or basic video editing
- Photography and videography
- Microsoft Office
- Google Business Profile
- Basic website editing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
