Duties

Experience
- Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques are essential
- Familiarity with dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is required
